The application
Applications are submitted from your YAS account. The call asks for a CV in PDF, two short essays in English on the delegation’s priorities, and a link to a one-minute video presentation. As in recent cycles, candidates aged 18 to 30 with fluent English can apply; an Italian passport is not required.

How the process works

Apply from your account
The form saves as a draft: you can come back, edit and submit until the deadline. Even after submitting, your application stays editable.

Review and interviews
The YAS staff reads applications while the call is open. If something needs fixing — a video link that does not open, a missing file — you receive an email and can correct it. Shortlisted candidates are invited to an interview.

The outcome
When the selection closes, everyone who applied receives the outcome by email.
